Timah Hill Training During their weekly two-hour training
sessions at Bukit Timah Hill, the team would follow a fixed
circuit four to five times. Over the weeks, the weight of
the rucksacks would be increased gradually from 15kg to the
target weight of 35kg -- the weight of their rucksacks when
they climb Xixabangma alpine style.
