Gym Training Sessions
Regular Gum Sessions are essential to improve their strength. On their own during the week, the members also do stair climbing in highrise buildings with their heavy rucksacks.

       

Bukit Timah Hill Training
During their weekly two-hour training sessions at Bukit Timah Hill, the team would follow a fixed circuit four to five times. Over the weeks, the weight of the rucksacks would be increased gradually from 15kg to the target weight of 35kg -- the weight of their rucksacks when they climb Xixabangma alpine style.
